The principle is using the suction force of the exhaust fan to deliver the exhaust gas to the spray tower. The gas is sprayed and washed in the spray tower through the neutralizing liquid. The exhaust gas containing (such as hydrogen fluoride, sulfur dioxide, hydrogen chloride, chlorine gas, hydrogen sulfide, nitrogen oxides, various acid mists, etc.) is sufficiently mixed with the neutralizing liquid mist and sufficiently neutralized. The water mist after being sprayed has further treatment in treatment layers with porous & large contact surfaces (hollow spheres) in the washing tower. After passing through the filler layer, the water mist returns to the water tank at the bottom of the washing tower for recycling. The exhaust gas circulates from the bottom to the top through the liquid spray and filler layers and reaches the emission requirements on the top of the tower.
